Different performance of same gstreamer pipeline on LInux/WIndows/Osx

I am having a similar problem, except the target is a freescale card with a
hardware accelerator doing the h264 decoding.

Has anyone been able to resolve this problem?  Any tips/help would be
greatly appreciated.
