gstreamer in Ubuntu 14.04 messy?

gdpdepay is part of plugins-bad. plugins-bad have also opencv plugins. 
so that is why there is dependency on opencv packages. also this is more 
Ubuntu packages and how they are created that gstreamer problem.

if you don't want install opencv from repository you must compile it for 
yourself.
