Here is my test application for Visual Studio 2010:
http://ralphos.com/files/SeekTest.zip
<http://ralphos.com/files/SeekTest.zip>

SD video file:
http://ralphos.com/files/Nigel_Q2_10003.avi
<http://ralphos.com/files/Nigel_Q2_10003.avi>

HD video file:
http://ralphos.com/files/PikesPeak-2014.mp4
<http://ralphos.com/files/PikesPeak-2014.mp4>

Edit the video file path at the beginning of "MainWindow.xaml.cs" file.
In MainWindow_Loaded method there are two sections of code: a gnonlin
pipeline which is currently enabled and a commented out playbin pipeline.
For gnonlin, playing and pausing works, but seeking makes the pipeline
unusable. If you comment out the gnonlin pipeline and uncomment the playbin
pipeline, everything will work for the same video file.
