AW: error in videomixer2 when compiling using cerbero on windows 64

I have updated base but it fails to compile because it can't find a #define for GST_TYPE_VIDEO_DITHER_METHOD. (and neither can I :-(

You have to update gst-plugins-base before rebuilding gst-plugins-good.
This is new API that was added recently to gst-plugins-base / libgstvideo.
