There is no 'suppport'. There are only people who provide support in
their spare time and who are happy to help other developers if they
happen to have time and feel like it.

Your e-mails are often hard to read and hard to make sense of. You don't
quote strategically (removing stuff that's not relevant). Sometimes you
just send replies where a previous e-mail is quoted in full, but without
you having added any additional text to it. It's *work* to make sense of
your mails and figure out what you're after.

http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html contains some hints
how to increase your chances of getting responses from community mailing
lists.

And on top of that you're using an old version of GStreamer which is no
longer maintained.
