Is Opus encoder included in Gstreamer?

GOOD NEWS! Thanks a lot for pointing to the cache registry.

After I deleted ththre registry* file and run gst-inspect-1.0 again, Bang!
now opus features (opusenc, opusdec, opusparse, rtpopusdepay, rtpopuspay)
show up in the list of plugins! :-)

Thanks a LOT for your great support. really appreciated. I will now try to
experiment the functionality of those features to make sure they work as
expected.
