vaapidecode problem

Hello,

when I have tried create vaapidecode element with C api Gstreamer C API

vaapidecode = gst_element_factory_make("vaapidecode",  "decoder");
if( !vaapidecode)
 g_printerr ("this element could  not be created.\n");



I have always this problem

this element could not  be created.
