GStreamer element multifilesrc does not throw EOS with stop-index parameter set

I don't know if it's fixed with newer GStreamer versions, but
considering the huge amount of changes that happened in the meantime it
doesn't make sense to debug anything with such an old version.

Manually sending EOS might indeed work, yes.
