gltransformation with alpha channel?

Hi,

So this was a bug in the gltransformation element which is now fixed by
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/commit/?h=1.6&id=6fc6161bc1c673dafac990871d6f9097d6e78c1a
and will be in the next 1.6 release.
