d3dvideosink - D3D Device has been lost

I'm using a d3dvideosink in conjunction with GstVideoOverlay (GStreamer 1.4.5
on Windows).  When the user presses Ctrl+Alt+Del and the system screen is
displayed, the d3d device is lost and when the user returns to the
application, it is not possible to display any video.  This is the exact
debug message:

device and redraw".
How to do it?
