Templates for OS X app destroyed my Desktop

Hello,

I just encountered a weird problem. I finished writing a proof-of-concept
gstreamer app for iOS, and decided to create the equivalent for OS X (I'm on
Yosemite). I installed the 1.4.5 development package, and I tried creating
the project using the GStreamer Empty template. It did not ask for a project
name, but instead wiped my Desktop folder and created a project named
"Desktop.xcodeproj". Same goes for GStreamer Utility template.

Am I doing something wrong ?

I did not want to use the tutorials project, as I would prefer to start from
scratch, from a clean template.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Alexandre
