GStreamer Failed on Windows 7

Yes I did.

I think there may be another program who need bz2 in my computer. It putted
the lib in Windows\system32 long ago. I just hope it will work with the
GStreamer-oriented bz2-lib. Any way I believe it's not as important as
GStreamer for me at present.
