gstreamer sdk for Debian-arm

Hi,
I want to compile a gstreamer application on my arm (hummingboard i.mx6
SoC).
Which SDK is here the right one (gstreamer-1.0) for
- Debian / Linux ?
- android-arm ?
or, is there a other SDK, which i not found/see?
