About: substituting gstreamer library in QtGstreamer for mobile development

Hey all.
I am developing a mobile and desktop application for receiving a video
stream from a server source, with or with out sound.

Therefor I would like to use QT for the user interface, and by such use
QtGStreamer and preferably Qt5GStreamer, but is it possible to substituted
gstreamer with android-gstreamer or ios-gstreamer. Such that I can use the
components from QtGStreamer?
