Use gstreamer with Visual Studio 2012

How I can create gstreamer project in VS 2012 for cross-platform application?
I have found some  tutorials

with OSSBuild, but can I create a cross-platform app if I will use OSSBuild? 
So which source I need to use for cross-platform application using Visual
Studio 2012?
