Cerebro on Windows 8

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can clarify the Windows dependencies for cerebro,
particuarly Msys/MinGW. In particular, what does "Install it with all the
options enable" mean?

Downloading
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/Installer/mingw-get-setup.exe/download
gets the MinGW/Msys package manager and then do you really mean "tick all
possible packages and install them".

It looks like bootstrap uses mingw-get to install compilers etc anyway, so
should I just install the "msys-base" package?
