error of the link

hello , 

I have tried to run this pipeline 
 gst-launch-1.0 -t -v filesrc location=big_buck_bunny_1080p_h264.mov !
qtdemux !  vaapidecode !   video/x-raw ! avimux !
filesink location=result.avi


but   I got the error of the link between  vaapidecode and avimux

*WARNING: erroneous pipeline: could not link vaapidecode0 to avimux0*
