How to get system time clock.

Hello,

I'm trying play synchronously　mpeg2-ts with graphics and subtitle (made by
myself).
But I don't want to use any subtitle plugins.
I want to use other openGL application.

So I want to know STC (system time clock that corrected by PCR) in
gStreamer.
but I can't find the way.

Do you know any plan?
please help me.
