Re-sizing a video stream

Hi all,

What can I use for re-sizing a video stream besides *videoscale*, *videobox
??*

I want to use *IPU* and *VPU* with freescale Imx gstreamer plugins.

According to test *imxvideoconvert_ipu *was slower than *videoscale.*

I want the fastest way to re-size from 1088X870 to 800X600.
