libv4l2 error when dynamically adding to playing pipeline

It's likely return value from the kernel. Would need to know which
parameter is considered invalid. This could be a kernel bug, so I can't
comment much for now.

  echo 0xff > /sys/module/videobuf2_core/parameters/debug

This will enable kernel traces, please provide significant log (run
dmesg to get those logs).
