gstreamer-1.6.0 build on win7-64bit + vs2012

Hi Guys ,
    http://docs.gstreamer.com/display/GstSDK/Installing+on+Windows
I want to bulid gstreamer-1.6.0 with  vs2012 with  the similar way as the website said on my win 7-64bit system  ,
but I'm failed on run the basic-tutorial-1.exe,the error code: 0x000007b
   Is it necessary to change vs2012 to vs2010?
