Unable to build pipeline: no element "avdec_h264"

Hi Seung , 

Based on my LINUX DESKTOP ( running UBUNUTU-14.04 ) 

You can first verify if the required plugin is being detected in Gstreamer
setup by using "gst-inspect " command . 

 ~:~:gst-inspect-1.0 avdec_h264        --> Detects the Plugin in Gstreamer
1.0 version

 ~:gst-inspect avdec_h264                   
No such element or plugin 'avdec_h264'

~:gst-inspect-0.10 avdec_h264 
No such element or plugin 'avdec_h264'
