payloaded as RTP over UDP.<br><br>The pipeline am using is<br><br>gst-launch
filesrc location=stream.ts ! mpegtsparse ! rtpmp2tpay ! udpsink
port=1234<br><br>but the file does stream the packets to fast and on the client
side I miss many packets.<br><br>I would be very thankful if someone can hint me
how do I control the rate at which RTP packets are sent over
