I fear that I was not clear enough. I want to set up a relay server that will pick up an rtsp stream (rtsp://<a href="http://1.1.1.1:6666/test">1.1.1.1:6666/test</a>) and broadcast it as another rtsp stream (rtsp://<a href="http://2.2.2.2:6666/test">2.2.2.2:6666/test</a>).
