Yes it is possible with gstreamer.<br>you can design your pipeline in the source code or quickly build working sender/receiver from command line using gst-launch.<br>Please follow reading at <a href="http://gstreamer.net" target="_blank">gstreamer.net</a>, or somewhere else.
