To my knowledge, it is not.<br>

I've done work on stereo video recently for GStreamer, but
implementing a MVC H.264 encoder/decoder was part of the to-do list
I never got to... So unless someone else worked on that in the past
year, my guess is that it is not supported... yet.<br>
