I had a quick look at the mp4mux and am very interested in it. However we are still using an old gstreamer release (LINUX) without mp4mux element. As there are modifications on some gstreamer elements, it looks like upgrade to new gstreamer release is not an option at this time. Do you know if the mp4mux rpm has to work with certain gstreamer releases or it may be workable with old gstreamer release, such as 0.10.25? I saw the faststart property, but don’t fully understand it. I’ll appreciate if someone used it before and could give a bit more description on it. Sorry for keep sending possible stupid questions.
