For starters, use export GST_DEBUG=*.3 That will get you started and you will see what is loaded. Then you should re-define GST_DEBUG at level 5 but with only those plug-ins that are interesting. There will be a lot that aren't interesting and you want to get rid of them. It seems to me that your bad plugins are too old for mpegtsdemux. Are you sure that your versions are correct and the plugin name is correct? The MP2T demux plugin was re-named around then. You might just want to load later versions of the code - they do work better and did fix a lot of bugs.
