<div dir="ltr"><div><div>I read that there had been a bug in the h264 RTP payloader that was causing it to set the marker bit too often. I have searched the release notes for the later releases (of the 0.10 series) to find when this was fixed but couldn't find it. Does anyone remember about when and to which module the fix was applied? It seems like it should be the good plugins...<br>
