doesn't seem to have a subtitle pad, so I don't think you can
create this file with GStreamer. It looks like <a
href="http://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/23351/how-can-i-embed-subtitles-into-videos-with-ffmpeg">FFMPEG
can create the file</a> though, and <a
href="http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/gst-plugins-good-plugins/html/gst-plugins-good-plugins-avidemux.html">avidemux</a>
has a subtitle pad, so potentially GStreamer can play it.<br>
