I managed to take a step forward. I hope next advice will help everyone.<br>
Egis, here is what you should try:<br>

- deactivate all antivirus software, first.<br>
- apply these conversions then :<br>
/>  dos2unix <a href="http://configure.ac" target="_blank">configure.ac</a><br>
>  dos2unix Makefile.am<br>
