<div dir="ltr">After a large number of runs, I've now only seen the pipeline freezing on the first run I did. Not sure why it seems to always happen in my code, and so seldom in yours. I'm going to investigate further.<br>

</div>I think the last problem is the queues, if you use queues that consume<br>
at most a single buffer the windows should start progressing almost<br>
instantly.<br>

For the first problem, I didn't see that here yet...<br>
