    gdpdepay is part of plugins-bad. plugins-bad have also opencv
    plugins. so that is why there is dependency on opencv packages. also
    this is more Ubuntu packages and how they are created that gstreamer
    problem.<br>

    if you don't want install opencv from repository you must compile it
    for yourself.<br>
