Hey,

It's more a snapshot, but it's been more than 3 months ago since the
last release, so here goes hal-0.2.90. Download from

 http://freedesktop.org/~david/dist/hal-0.2.90.tar.gz

Starting with hal-0.3.0, I'll make sure to update the NEWS file and the
hal-spec on releases with increment in the sub-number as well. Until
then, please consult the ChangeLog.
