Some Windows CE devices have two serial ports on their USB interface,
for example iPAQ 5550 and the Mitac Mio 168 (also known as Yakumo PDA
delta 300 GPS and bluemedia PDA 255). 

For such devices, synchronization must take place on the second serial
port, not the first. The use of the first serial port in these cases is
unknown.

This is not supported by the "ipaq" kernel driver out-of-the-box, but
there is a patch that enables this.
