[PATCH] pnp.ids

So what's the verdict on the pnp.ids issue?

I actually found that this file exists in another project, further 
proving my point ;)
It is a part of the pcmcia-cs package. More precisely their debug tools. 
It hasn't been updated since 1999 so it might need some additions. But 
still, it's got a lot more than the one I made.

I couldn't find any coordination of this on their page or in the file 
itself. But one could always send the maintainers a mail and see how to 
best set up some form of adminstration of this. Provided it gets used in 
hal that is.
