Sesame code in hal

I just committed the latest versions of Kay's volume_id and drive_id 
code to HEAD. They now live in

  volume_id/
  drive_id/

instead of in the hald/linux folder. I'm going to add port the code for 
detecting storage devices and volume today and tomorrow so we can get 
0.5.0 out of the door later this week.
