iSCSI and AOE drives + HAL

I'm not sure, but I think they will land in hal no matter whether we
want them or not, because, AFAIK, it's really difficult to make a
distinction between real SCSI and iSCSI devices. 

Btw, for Fedora Core 3 the default policy is to ignore SCSI devices
unless they are optical drives.
