PropertyModified arguments

I am new to the mailing list, but I have checked the archives for the
last four months and I haven't found any post about this issue, so I
am sorry if it has already been discussed.

When I receive a PropertyModified signal, I receive four arguments
instead of the three which appear in the spec.
After looking at the code, I see that the first argument is a list of
the number of properties changed, but this is not what the spec says.
Is this a problem in the spec or in the software?
Has it changed in 0.5.0? (I am using 0.4.7)
