Start of LUKS+gnome-volume-manager patch

I just added a bug to Red Hat's bugzilla requesting encrypted volume
support in gnome-volume-manager. See:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=152946

I chose to start with Red Hat's bugzilla because John Palmieri
(@redhat.com) has done the work to migrate gnome-volume-manager to the
new hal API.

Attached to the bug is an SRPM containing a gnome-volume-manager patch
that starts to implement this stuff. Its not very functional yet --
it simply identifies an encrypted volume and ignores it.

Eventually gnome-volume-manager should use gnome-keyring to get a
passphrase and request that hald setup the LUKS device.

This one of the next steps required for the hal+LUKS effort.
