[PLEASE TEST] emit "EjectPressed" signal on optical drive

Tested with Dbus 0.36.2, HAL 0.5.4 on Sony Vaio VGN-FS215B

I think it's an important future, for ex. KDE-3.5_beta2 can handle CD/DVD-ROMS 
so users just want to press "eject" button and umount this media, without 
konsole or mouse movements for umount media.
