Are there any guidelines on what the directories should be called for
various depths? And more importantly are there devices where it matters?
* Depth 0 is obvious.
* Should Depth 1 be "Artist/", "Artist - Album/" or something else?
* I guess depth 2 would probably be "Artist/Album"
* What does should happen for depth >= 3?
There is also the question of what to do when there isn't a known value
for a field - would using "Unknown" be best? and should it be English or
translated?
