PermissionDenied Error when entry for optical drives in /etc/fstab

The latest gnome-mount from CVS handles this by invoking mount(1) if HAL
refuses to do the mounting. And, indeed, HAL will refuse to mount if a
device is mentioned in the /etc/fstab. Because doing so would violate
the intents of the system administrator.
