long (25 seconds) pause when starting hal-device-manager

It doesn't seem to be fixed. I still have a 25 sec delay here with dbus
0.61 and hal 0.5.7 (using linux 2.6.16-rc5, Python 2.4.2, pygtk 2.8.4)
