Hal issues with the new D-Bus

The development releases of OpenSUSE currently ship with D-Bus 0.94 and
HAL 0.5.8_git20061027.  We did not see severe problems.  If time allows
I will give D-Bus CVS HEAD a try in order to see what breaks.
