hal-info quirks updates

Hi all,

I've finished collecting unapplied quirks from mailing-list on Mandriva
brand new git server :)

Richard or David, could you pull "pending" branch from
git://git.mandriva.com/projects/hal-info.git/ ?

(I hope I didn't screw too much git history in it, I'll do better new
time :)

For people interested, there is also "mandriva" branch with patches
applied for our cooker package (it is mostly the famous "untested
quirks" which were removed some time ago) and "mdv2007.1" for patches
used for Mandriva 2007.1 (ie untested quirks + intel X.org v1.x quirks).

If you see any problem with our repo, please tell us, it is still pretty
young and we might still have some configuration issues on it.
