[RFC] collect static deprecated keys in fdi-files

Hi,

I would like to propose to add all deprecated keys, which are static (never 
changed after set), to a fdi-files and remove them from the code. This would 
make IMO:

- the maintenance easier
- whould allow to remove the fdi-file for testing if on HAL depending tools 
are already updated
- would prevent to touch the code twice: first while implement the new keys 
and add code lines to copy the new to the old keys and second while remove 
the keys later.

Attached an example for the s/physical_device/originating_device/ changes.
