Yes, mounting ext3 as ext2.  I don't have any ext* file systems, but
users report this patch works for them (it was requested by one wanting
ext3fs support).  I'm not sure what would happen if there were pending
journal operations.

All that said, due to a boneheaded move on my part, I pushed these
patches last night.  So they're in the tree, but if I need to back them
out, I will.  I just didn't want to cause more unnecessary churn.
