[PATCH] Add back autodetection of usb.ids and pci.ids when not specified.

I think this patch should fix Danny's objections to edc7a142 (to be
applied on top of that)

Autodetect pci.ids and usb.ids seperetely when pci or usb is enabled,
respectivly. Warns when they have been autodected, as the detected
location may not be what the packager intends.
