[PATCH] add support for ACPI IBM hotkey events

Hi,

this patch adds support for the ACPI IBM hotkey events. I added the code to 
filter the events and send them out via HAL to the acpi addon because we 
don't need an new addon which also look on acpid/proc.

This should allow at least to get the sleep and hibernate/s2disk button events 
on IBM machines as already on other machines. All events get send via the 
computer root device except the sleep button, which get send out via the 
device for the sleep button if available.
